#2 Healthy Cheap Breakfast

Olá!

Recipe number two for my food Friday is:

CHIA PUDDING

Recipe:

  • 200ml of almond milk or coconut milk
  • 3 Tablespoons of chia
  • 2 Tablespoons of shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

You just leave it overnight and the next morning you can just add toppings!!! My favourites are:

  • Half banana
  • Blueberries

OR

  •  Half banana
  • Strawberries
  • some almonds

OR

  • All kinds of berries
  • Cocoa choco chips

 

You can have this as a breakfast or a dessert – Hope you enjoy it!

Oh and is Friday!
