As you know I’ve been in Portugal catching up with family, friends and FOOD, but today I felt so bad when I woke up and I needed to STOP and give my body some nutrition. So, me and my sister decided to do an ACAI BOWL!
Here’s our recipe:
- 3 Tablespoons of Acai
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup of liquid (Yogurt/Almond Milk/Soya Milk, etc)
- 3 Tablespoons of granola
- Blueberries (To your taste)
Now, just blended all together and then top it up with all your favorites.
Peanut Butter (ORGANIC), goji berries, almonds, chia seeds and some mixed berries.
My sisters choice:
Goji Berries, chia seeds, mixed berries and almonds.
