Acai!

Ola!

As you know I’ve been in Portugal catching up with family, friends and FOOD, but today I felt so bad when I woke up and I needed to STOP and give my body some nutrition. So, me and my sister decided to do an ACAI BOWL!

Here’s our recipe:

  • 3 Tablespoons of Acai
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup of liquid (Yogurt/Almond Milk/Soya Milk, etc)
  • 3 Tablespoons of granola
  • Blueberries (To your taste)

Now, just blended all together and then top it up with all your favorites.

My choice:

Peanut Butter (ORGANIC), goji berries, almonds, chia seeds and some mixed berries.

Goji Berries, chia seeds, mixed berries and almonds.
