Homemade Granola

New Week, new goals!

As many as you know I love making breakfasts but unfortunately, I’ve been lazy lately. So instead of just drinking coffee and skipping breakfast I did this granola that lasts two weeks and I can eat it with yogurt or almond milk. I love this for an easy quick breakfast! Hope you guys try it and love it.

What do you need? 

2 Cups Oats
1/2 Cup nuts
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup Cranberries
1/2 cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Coconut Oil


How to?

Pre Heat oven to 170 degrees celsius.
Mix the dried ingredients and then add the coconut oil and the Maple Syrup. Pour into a baking tray, and pat down so it’s evenly spread. Bake it for 15 minutes. Remove it from oven and add cranberries and if you want some cinnamon. Put it back in the oven for more 15 minutes.
