It’s Juneeeeee! And remember me saying I have a lot of news for you? Well, it’s time to reveal them. (Ps: I always feel judgemental about my English because I had a lot of people making mean comments about it in the past, but I decided to write a little bit more this time even like that.)
Last year and throughout my life I always ended up quitting on things. And the saddest part was, as much as I wanted to justify it, the conclusion was always the same: LAZINESS.
Since little I was always super active and fit, I danced all day, I ate healthy homemade food and I drank enough water. When I traveled to South Africa I discovered all the unhealthy goodies: SALT, Sauces (In everything), steers, a lot of white bread, pasta, etc etc.. And as it happens, I became unhealthy, overweight, tired, unhappy, and lazy.
Last year I decided to start BBG – and I did it, 12 weeks of exercise, healthy nutritious food, and I lost 6kg. I was finally doing it, but then, I stopped, I became lazy again and went back to what I was. (How great?)
Well, now that I confessed my biggest secret – I’M LAZY A* – I can tell you what’s happening!
I decided to change, teach myself differently, start living and most important start taking care of my health! I am on a 3 month to a 6-month challenge.
I am starting today, the first of June.
- Only cheat (naughty food) on weekends
- Train 4 times a week
- Always take the stairs
- Drink 2 liters of water a day
- Smile more
- Say yes to adventure
- Eat greens – We even made a little herb/veggie garden on the balcony
- Meditate once a week
- Watch the sunrise once a week
I am working with some brands in this challenge – I’ll be posting about them soon, but I just wanted to thank them in advance for all the good luck wishes and gifts! I am so excited for this new phase of my life and I if I quit… Please slap me in my face because I have so much helping me to succeed!
