1/2 Cup Lactose-free milk or any other milk

1 TBSP of Almond Butter

1 tsp of chia seeds

1 tsp cacao powder

1 Cup Ice Cubs

1 Pitted Date

How to?

Drop it all inside the Nutribullet and let it him do his thing!
