I just thought I would update you with my current ‘healthiness’ situation 🙂
- 3 Times a Week – The Studio, Sea Point with Torie Alexandra
- Once a week a Hike or a Walk
- Once a week a home stretch session
Ok, so I am eating healthy during the week, but I’m cheating a bit too much during the weekend.
This week goal:
NO MILK (AT ALL SARAH!). NO SWEETNER. NO CARBS AT NIGHT. TRAIN EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK. WATER!!!
Clothing & shoes: Adidas
Ps: These Adidas tights are AMAZING!
