The first 20 days

Ola!

I just thought I would update you with my current ‘healthiness’ situation :)

Training:

  • 3 Times a Week – The Studio, Sea Point with Torie Alexandra
  • Once a week a Hike or a Walk
  • Once a week a home stretch session

Food:

Ok, so I am eating healthy during the week, but I’m cheating a bit too much during the weekend.

This week goal:

NO MILK (AT ALL SARAH!). NO SWEETNER. NO CARBS AT NIGHT. TRAIN EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK. WATER!!!
